Tankvac ® is a self-cleaning system for water tanks used to automatically clean away (or suck up) the sludge that forms on the bottom.

Using natural water pressure, created during a rain event when the tank is overflowing, Tankvac sucks up contaminants and debris from the bottom of the water tank and flushes it out.

The system does not require power to operate and it will shut off on its own once the tank stops overflowing after the rain has ceased.

The Tankvac self-cleaning system for water tanks is one of the best and most practical inventions I've seen. I love how it's a DIY project to install and no power or pumps are required to make it work. 

This product should come installed on large water tanks by default so it can continuously keep tanks clean right from the beginning!  

Unfortunately, the Tankvac system is quite expensive for what's really just a series of PVC pipes and attachments and if it were better priced I think it would receive more attention from regular water tank owners. That may seem a little harsh but as per all my editor's reviews I need to give my frank opinion.
